Northern Zone Mobile Health & Wellness Team Virtual Urgent Care Walk-in Clinic

At the appointment, patients are checked in and assessed by the family practice nurse, who then connects them with a virtual physician via tablet. The physician discusses the health concern with support from the nurse. After the appointment, clinic staff review the physician’s recommendations with the patient, including prescriptions or tests, and explain any next steps.

The virtual physician can address health concerns including:
– Prescription refills (except for controlled substances)
– Sinus congestion, coughs and sore throat, urinary tract infections, skin concerns; bites and stings, mild/moderate aches and pains, and other conditions

• List of medications and the name of your pharmacy
