Saturday, September 26th our Community Health Nurses will be at HarvestFest, at the Lismore Community Centre (4699 Shore Rd) from 2pm-4pm
We will be giving away FREE vegetable seeds to help prepare for next year’s harvest!

We are offering convenient, welcoming, and relaxed health check-ins for community members ages 25-55. No appointment or health card required.

- Personalized Guidance: Learn practical ways to manage your health and feel confident about your next steps,
