We bridge the gap between individuals and the health system.
Helping people in Pictou County access the health services and programs they need
Community Health Centres (CHCs) have been improving the health of Canadians for over a century. In January 2025, the Pictou County Community Health Centre (PCCHC) proudly opened its doors as one of nine CHCs in Nova Scotia.
Born from a shared vision and an understanding of the challenges many of our neighbours face in accessing the supports they need, PCCHC exists to make primary healthcare more accessible for everyone in our county. Whether you need primary care system navigation, or community services, we’re here to meet you where you are and walk beside you on your path to better health.
